1. Employees in the cosmetic OEM processing plant workshop should maintain good personal hygiene, shower frequently, change clothes regularly, keep their hair short, and must not have long fingernails or wear nail polish.

2. Work clothes, work hats, and work shoes must be worn when entering the cosmetic OEM processing plant workshop; hair must not be exposed; work clothes and work hats must be kept clean and changed daily.

3. Personal items and accessories unrelated to production are not allowed in the workshop.

4. Handwashing and disinfection are required upon entering the workshop, and handwashing procedures must be followed during work; personal belongings and non-production-related items are strictly prohibited in the workshop.

5. Eating, smoking, and spitting are strictly prohibited in the workshop.

6. Non-processing personnel are not allowed to enter the processing workshop without permission; entry is permitted only after obtaining approval from relevant departments and meeting the requirements for processing personnel.

7. Newly hired production personnel must undergo a health check and obtain a health certificate before starting work.

8. Production personnel and other relevant personnel entering the workshop must wash their hands under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Before starting work;

(2) After using the toilet;

(3) After handling contaminated raw materials;

(4) After engaging in other activities unrelated to production;

(5) Handwashing should also be frequent during operation.

9. Equipment, tools, and workbenches that come into contact with semi-finished products and raw materials in the production workshop must be made of non-toxic, odorless, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-clean materials. Surfaces should be smooth, without pits or gaps. The use of any bamboo or wooden tools and containers is prohibited in the workshop.

10. Waste from the production workshop and other areas must be removed promptly and disposed of from the factory. Containers and areas where waste is stored should be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

11. Two types of products must not be produced simultaneously in the same production area, nor should by-products that affect workshop hygiene or product quality be processed simultaneously.

12. Pest control should be carried out regularly or as necessary around the production workshop to prevent the breeding of pests. When using insecticides in the workshop, cosmetics should not be contaminated, and equipment, tools and containers should be kept clean as much as possible. After using insecticides, they should be thoroughly cleaned to remove any residual agents.
