In my interactions with clients, I've discovered that they typically focus on the following aspects:

1. Product Quality: They expect cosmetics manufacturers' products to be of high quality, achieve the desired whitening effect, and not adversely affect the user's skin. Therefore, clients often require OEMs to provide relevant certificates and test reports to ensure product quality.
2. Cost Control: They focus on product costs and expect cosmetics manufacturers to offer reasonable prices and manage production costs to maximize profit margins.
3. Production Cycle: They typically want products delivered in the shortest possible time, so production cycle is also a key concern.
4. Customization: Different people have different needs for whitening skincare products. Some may want to customize their own brand of whitening skincare products. Therefore, cosmetics manufacturers need to have strong R&D capabilities to produce customized products based on customer needs.
5. Service Support: OEMs also prioritize after-sales service, including communication and coordination during the production process and post-sales support. Therefore, cosmetics manufacturers need to provide high-quality service and timely communication to meet customer needs.
